GameCube :: Sonic Gems Collection Cheat Codes

Vectorman
Have a saved game file from Sonic Adventure DX, Sonic Adventure 2 Battle, Sonic Heroes, or Sonic Mega Collection on your memory card to unlock Vectorman. Alternately, accumulate a total of five hours of game play time in Sonic Gems Collection.

Vectorman 2
Accumulate a total of seven hours of game play time in Sonic Gems Collection and play Vectorman at least once to unlock Vectorman 2.

Can You Feel The Sunshine ACID Mix: Unlock Super Sonic in Sonic R

Living in the City LTN Mix: Start Sonic R ten times (entering and exiting the game also works)

Sonic 6290 Mix and Sonic Boom D'mb Mix: Start Sonic CD five times (entering and exiting the game also works)

Sonic After 6290 Mix: Start Sonic CD ten times (entering and exiting the game also works)

Sonic CD

Time Attack mode options
Successfully complete the game, then restart the game in "Time Attack" mode. The following options will be available if the "Time Attack" game can be completed within the corresponding time limit:

Music test
Successfully complete "Time Attack" mode within 37:27:57. A "D.A. Garden" option will appear to the left of the "RAM Data" option on the main menu. The Planet of Mobius will be displayed.


Play bonus levels
Successfully complete "Time Attack" mode within 30:21:05, then press Left at the "Time Attack" screen.


View video sequences
Successfully complete "Time Attack" mode within 25:46:12. A "Visual Mode" option will appear to the left of "D.A. Garden" option on the main menu. Use this option to view the video sequences in the game.

Level select
At the Sonic CD title screen, press Up, Down(2), Left, Right, A.

Programmer high scores
At the Sonic CD title screen, press Right(2), Up(2), Down, A.

Sound test mode options
At the Sonic CD title screen while "Press Start" is blinking, press Down(3), Left, Right, A to display the sound test menu. Set one of the following sound combinations and press Start to activate the corresponding cheat function:

Sonic R

Radiant Emerald course
Finish in first place on all normal courses to unlock the Radiant Emerald course.

Play as Dr. Robotnik
Finish in first place on the Radiant Emerald course to unlock Dr. Robotnik. Alternately, successfully complete all levels.

Play as Mecha Knuckles
Collect all five coins in Radioactive Factory, and finish in first, second, or third place. Then, defeat Mecha Knuckles in a race to unlock him.

Play as Mecha Robotnik
Collect all five coins in Regal Ruins and finish in first, second, or third place. Then, defeat Mecha Robitnik in a race to unlock him.

Play as Mecha Sonic
Collect all five coins on Resort Island and finish in first, second or third place. Then, defeat Mecha Sonic in a race to unlock him.

Play as Puppet Tails
Collect all five coins in Radical City and finish in first, second, or third place. Then, defeat Puppet Tails in a race to unlock him.

Play as Super Sonic
Collect all seven Chaos Emeralds from the first four courses. To collect a Chaos Emerald, you must collect it and finish in first place in that race. Then, press Down while highlighting Sonic at the character selection screen.

Play as robot form character
Get the five Sonic coins in one of the following levels to play as the robot form for the indicated character:

Mecha Knuckles: Reactive Factory

Mecha Robotnik: Any level with Robotnik

Mecha Sonic: Resort Island

Puppet Tails: Radical City

Vectorman

Cheat mode
At the Vectorman options menu, press B, A(2), B, Down, B, A(2), B. Another options screen with level, health, lives, and power-up weapon settings will appear. Note: The good ending cannot be achieved if cheats are enabled.
