You will get a Blizzard Man B chip from Proto Man when you defeat Blizzard Man.

HA U NO dark chips I just figured out when you have to go to end area 4 put 3 dark chips that give u a soul user and youll get extreem power and dark mega will go inside you and you become dark when you power up you will have a green purple glow in megamans buster and let go of the mega buster let on purple.. note u wont lose hp
when it says i wonder what the text data meant you need to go to ACDC 3 and you find a navi there go talk to him . remember when you fight blizdman and there is a bouns panel go to the first one and there will be a door entir the door dont forget to save..note you will go back in when lan was born.

How do you get airspin3
airspin three is sorta a random thing. the easiest way in order to get it is by a random chip from the bonus panel or in the nebula or whatever it is that makes the enemies stronger the liberation missions will give you an airspin from the hidden panels. Airspin is almost the hardes chip to get. I have not found a battle that could get it only missions.
