Play as MonicaTo play as Monica from the stage "Below Freezing Point" you must first complete the stage with any character. Once done, go to the "Collection" option at the main menu and choose "Costumes". Her costume costs 5,000 points, Once unlocked you can play as Monica on any stage. This is one of Alyssa's costumes; Monica will have Alyssa's voice effect.
Play as fire fighter or policeman
To play as a fire fighter or policeman, complete the stages "Outbreak" and "Hell Fire" with any character. Once done, go to the "Collection" option at the main menu and choose "Costumes". Both of those costumes cost 5,000 points. After unlocking them, they can be used on any stage. Note: They are Kevin and Mark's other costumes. When playing as either a fire fighter or policeman, they will have Kevin and Mark's storylines and voice effects.

I need help Im on the Hive stage and I have no idea how to kill the Leech guy in the beginning of the game. Please help me
to kill the leachman you need to get a bloodpack and go to floor b2f on the elevator.
Find the fixed temp lab and go in.
Go through the door next to the control panel and put a bloodpack on the floor and wait for the leachman to appear.
he will not attack but will go straight for the bloodpack.
Now examine the control panel and set the temp to high.
The leachman will die and will drop a keycard.
Set the temp back to low to get it.
Also if one of your characters is killed they will come back to life as a leachman.
The control panel will not work a second time.
how do u get past the part at apple inn right when u comeout of the sewer
When you are in front of the apple inn , you have to talk to the police officer.
HINT:
After the cutscene , there will be a truck in next to you. Go inside and there will be aid spray, shotgun , ammo, revolver, and 60 bullets of handgun.
