Easy money:Use a fully armed A-10 Thunderbolt for the green truck missions. Constantly bomb the trucks while firing.
Gamer skill level:
Highlight the "Game Level" selection under the options screen. Hold A + X on controller two, and press the D-pad on controller one to change difficulty levels until the Gamer level appears.

Here is a quick tip for managing your money and getting enough to solve the game:
Get comfortable with the Crusader free plane. The first mission both air missions the sub and the forest fort can be taken out with the crusader.
The Hint: when you are not battling incoming enemies run through the forest when you can choose the mission. Every time you can get the star and earn about 100000. Do this enough and you can buy the E-Freet plane. This will greatly increase your chances of winning.
