yes the L1 and R1 does change the rims color you have to open the rims option and do it there hope this helps.

And a question ive only been able to unlock one car and its the 54 lowrider how do i unlock all the others Email me at everytimeibreatheyahoo.com w an answer or some strategies for this problem thank you.
