Select survival mode. Win forty consecutive matches to unlock Mack.
Dead clubs
Select tour mode. Finish eighteen holes with a score at least five over par with many bad shots to get the dead clubs.
Blessed clubs
Select tour mode. Finish eighteen holes with a good score with many birdies or better shots using the dead clubs. Blessed clubs will appear at level 10.
