where evil falls is on hades isle where you got the vicdata.
Go to hades Island and jack into the thing they used for the N1 inside the cave. once jacked in use the press program and go over to were you us it not down the ramp there will be some floating navi talk to him you will fight 3 viruses. after you beat him you will be ranked 10.
P.S. hades means hell thats wy it is were evil falls

to get anti-navi m go to secret net 2. go along the path you first are on and use hammer and break the monolith. save before you do because you have to battle 10 sets of really hard viruses. there is a dead end behind it. you can see a square of land to the right. there is an invisible path between the dead end and the square.
to get to serenade you need all 200 normal chips in your library. there is a door in secret 3 at the to of the hill that opens when you get all the chips. you will automaticly battle serenade when it opens. Note: you can only hurt him when he uses the attack where he has a green thing coming from his hand. I recomend using Magnums and Fldrbk.
a really cool P.A. is poisen mask poison face and Anubis A. a huge pharoah thing drops and takes heath way faster than Anubis does.
another really cool P.A. is Deux Hero. protoman and megaman attack in the row you are in and do a lot of damage. it is custum sword var sword and protoman. Note: if you use a V2 V3 or V4 protoman it does more damage per hit
