For infinite health, use the DOS utility DEBUG. First backup your game to be edited, then type the following from the DOS prompt.

For the CGA version of the game, type:
ren wibarm.cga wibarm.cht
debug wibarm.cht
e 6880 e8 3 c6 6 a3 f4 0 eb
w
q

For the EGA version of this game, type:
ren wibarm.ega wibarm.cht
debug wibarm.cht
e 6c26 e8 3 c6 6 a3 f4 0 eb
w
q

Then rename wibarm.cht back to its previous name.
