ETFLY - Get Wings, Chicken/Fly mode off
ETGOD - God mode on/off
ETMAPS - Check user maps menu
ETPULL - Throws a cat
ETRAIN - Play in a rain storm
ETRESTART - Restart current level
ETSCAN - Display map on/off
ETSTUFF - Get all the stuff you need
ETWIN - Level skip
