Enable God mode on "Damn I'm Good" difficulty level:
Begin a new game under the "Come Get Some" difficulty level. Enable the "God mode" code, then start a new game under the "Damn I'm Good" difficulty level.
Hidden message:
Hold [Shift] and type F*.
