Easy money
Once you reach the "Pro" rank, do the "170 MPH in Heavy Traffic" speed race. When you start, go to the opposite side of the freeway, so you are going with traffic. Once you finish, do not press A. Keep re-trying until you reach your desired limit. Note: A fast car (over 190 mph) is recommended.
Go into the achievements screen and check what you need. Try purchasing cars such as three Fords, three Aston-Martins, etc. You will know what cars you need by looking in the purchases area of your achievements. To gain enough money to buy the cars, keep repeating the 170 MPH race. Once you have completed enough achievements to become a champion, repeat the Alfa Challenge in the Competezione car, which should cost you nothing. You will receive $75,000 for each win.
Go to the bottom of the map by the crater. There is a speed challenge there that awards $40,000. A C-Class car is required (TVR Sagaris recommended). You can do it in about 1:30 to 2 minutes and get $40,000, which results in about $1,200,000 after one hour.
Once you reach the "Champion" rank, buy the Farboud Supercharged GTS Prototype for $305,000 at the McLaren-Noble-Ascari-Farboud dealership (northern region of the map). Then go to its tuning shop, in the eastern part of the island along the shore. Buy the best mods for it. In the city east of the southern airport (where you started and where many things are found), there is a speed race called "180 MPS Downtown". Start it with the car. Immediately turn around when you start. There are no cameras to pass. Simply reach 180 mph and press A to finish. With the upgrades, if you do not hit any cars you should get to the speed in about 20 seconds. Repeat this for another easy $75,000. This can result in about $1,000,000 in less than eight minutes.
Once you reach the "Champion" rank, complete the "Tour Of The Island" race if you have not already done so. After completing the "Tour Of The Island" race, you will get the Alfa Romeo 8c Competizione. There is a race on the main highway called "Alfa Romeo Day". Every car in this race will be an F class Alfa Romeo while you will have the C class Alfa Romeo. The race is about 2.8 miles long on a near straight-a-way. You will earn $75,000 for the race.

Single Player Victory - Level 2 (20 points): Win the Gold Cup in 10 single player challenges.

Single Player Victory - Level 3 (20 points): Win the Gold Cup in 20 single player challenges.

Single Player Victory - Level 4 (30 points): Win the Gold Cup in 40 single player challenges.

Single Player Victory - Level 5 (40 points): Win the Gold Cup in 60 single player challenges.

Single Player Victory - Level 6 (60 points): Win the Gold Cup in all the single player challenges.

Single Player Time Challenges (15 points): Win the Gold Cup in all the single player time challenges.

Single Player Race Challenges (20 points): Win the Gold Cup in all the single player races challenges.

Single Player Speed Challenges (10 points): Win the Gold Cup in all the single player speed challenges.

Island Tour (30 points): Win the Gold Cup in the "Island Tour" challenge.

Multiplayer Victory - Level 1 (10 points): Take 3 victories in multiplayer races. Only ranked matches are counted.

Multiplayer Victory - Level 2 (20 points): Take 15 victories in multiplayer races. Only ranked matches are counted.

Multiplayer Victory - Level 3 (30 points): Take 30 victories in multiplayer races. Only ranked matches are counted.

Successful Missions - Level 1 (15 points): Successfully complete 3 missions (Top-Model, Hitchhiker, Vehicle Transport, or Courier).

Successful Missions - Level 3 (35 points): Successfully complete 40 missions (Top-Model, Hitchhiker, Vehicle Transport, or Courier).

Successful Missions - Level 4 (60 points): Successfully complete ALL the missions (Top-Model, Hitchhiker, Vehicle Transport, or Courier).

Instant Challenge Victories (10 points): Take 5 victories in Instant Challenges.

Sharing Custom Challenges (10 points): Share 3 custom challenges in the Drive-Ins.

Custom Challenge Victories (10 points): Take 2 victories in the custom challenges of the Drive-Ins.

Club Member (10 points): Create a Club or become a member of an existing Club.

Club Race Victories (10 points): Take 3 victories in Inter-Club races.

Trade (10 points): Buy or sell a vehicle from/to another member on trade.

Ferrari Collector (20 points): Own at least 3 different Ferrari cars.
